My entire life summed up in a single passage.
 
Born in Tampa Florida and raised in Northern Michigan, Jeff has spent most of his life in the pursuit of real estate and the building sciences. In the 80’s he held a securities license and represented REITs (real estate investment trusts) to his financial services clients. Jeff’s real estate career really took off in 1998 when, out of frustration with a personal real estate purchase, he obtained his sales associates license in Michigan.
 
In 1999, Jeff created a local cable television show called, “Up North Living” which highlighted lifestyle-based real estate in Northern Michigan and Canada which catapulted his career into high gear. For the last 20+ years, Jeff has dedicated himself to the Real Estate and Building Sciences which gives him a distinct advantage over the rest of the industry.
 
Not only does he have the skills to bring the transaction to a close through extensive knowledge of the real estate nuances, but he also has a pronounced understanding of the construction methodology and identifies defects prior to making offers and wasting his client's time.
 
Now in the golden years of his life, he has dedicated himself to helping others achieve their goals in the Real Estate industry.
 
As a licensed Real Estate Broker, he is teaching others how to think outside the box of traditional real estate and compete on the high-tech stage with monster franchises and real estates tech superpowers like Zillow and Realtor.com. "I believe if you create a system with the flexibility of an independent brokerage and the power of high tech, you can compete on a large scale." Jeff's focus is on the consumer, agent relationship and realization that the transaction will always need to have people involved. His goal is to make that transaction easier and more transparent, even when the industry is still trying to justify its existence under the status quo.
