My name is Johanna Chandler. I am a Licensed Broker Associate and SRES®-certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I am Colombian and Puerto Rican, born and raised in the United States, and natively bilingual in English and Spanish. I am also a United States Air Force veteran - and the values I carried in uniform are the same ones I bring to every family I serve: mission first, no surprises, and nobody left behind in the middle of a complex situation.

Before real estate, I spent more than 30 years in senior executive leadership across the national healthcare staffing industry - as a Division President, Regional Director, Vice President of Business Development, and the founder of my own direct placement firm. I know what it means to build something from nothing, lead under pressure, and deliver results that protect the people depending on you. I brought every one of those skills into the service of my clients.
