Sherita Khan's Profile

Sherita was born and raised in Maryland it wasn’t until 2002 when she arrived in Florida to Study Business and Radiology. Once completing her studies she moved back to Maryland in 2006 but could not stand being away so moved back to Florida in 2013 where she purchased her 2nd home in Longwood Florida to settle in with her family. She is an enthusiastic rising star within the real estate market.  Her extensive experience in business, leadership roles and compassion from healthcare make her a strong force for her clients.  As a mother, Sherita fully empathizes with the importance of finding the right fit; not only the right home, but the right location, the right schools, and the right community.  Sherita’s bubbly, positive and encouraging personality will make you feel heard and valued, ensuring a smile for you throughout the process.
Prior to real estate Sherita graduated from Bethune Cookman University in Daytona with her degree in Business, then went on to earn her bachelors degree in health sciences. When Sherita isn’t hosting open houses or property searching she gives back to her community as a Mammographer educating women in their breast health, she is active in boxing, boating, kayaking, trying different restaurants and attending her two sons various basketball events.
