Stefanie’s interest and then love of real estate was sparked while working as head of operations for a start-up in Florida.  Stefanie had the opportunity to learn the commercial development side of the ropes first, as the company designed large food processing plants around the world. From there she found that serving the business community with both their residential and commercial needs was a natural fit for her background.  Over the past 10 years, her love and appreciation of the industry has grown along with her expertise. She consistently ranks as one of the highest producing Brokers in the business.  Even more importantly, Stefanie is most proud of the sincere and trusting relationships that have developed. In fact, 85% of her business is from past clients and their family, friends, and co-workers (but she will always make time for new clients).  The lion-share of the proceeds from all sales go to the development of technologies that improve cognitive performance for those suffering with ADHD, Autism, and traumatic brain injuries.
